Towels and skincare essentials for spray tan prep and aftercare

Right after

Stay dry while the tan develops. Avoid sweating, rain, tight clothing, and skin-to-skin rubbing until rinse time.

First rinse

Rinse according to Julie's recommended timing. Use warm water and avoid scrubbing during the first rinse.

Daily aftercare

Moisturize daily, pat dry after showers, and avoid harsh exfoliation to keep color even as it fades.

Common questions

Quick answers before you book.

When should I spray tan before an event?

Most clients plan a spray tan a couple of days before an important event so the color can develop, rinse, and settle.

Can I spray tan at a hotel or Airbnb?

Yes. Julie brings the setup, protects the space, and cleans up start to finish. It should feel like she was never there, except for the glow.

Will it look orange?

The tan is customized to your skin tone, desired depth, and timeline. The goal is natural-looking color, not a one-shade spray booth look.

What if I am very pale?

Julie can keep the color soft and buildable. The goal is a healthier-looking glow that still feels like you.
